I'M KELLY

Fitness has always been so much more to me than just looking good, or physically feeling good. It is so much of who I am, and the biggest blessing of my life is getting to educate and lead women to become the best versions of themselves. I am a 3x certified personal trainer, and have online coached hundreds of women. 

My goal is to empower you to feel your best, and open the door to the world of health and fitness. The goal of Fundamentals of Fitness is to combine what took me years and years of trial and error into one, easy to understand course - along with a community to further support you on this journey.
